Mid-Week Focus Drain? 🤯 My Simple Reset Today. Anyone else hit that point mid-week where focus just evaporates? 🙋♂️ Happened to me this afternoon – jumping between emails, docs, calls, messages and feeling like I wasn't making deep progress on anything important. Had to force a quick reset: ✅ Closed all the unnecessary browser tabs (brutal honesty required!) (I use Google Chrome - you may group tabs too). ✅ Put the phone on silent and out of immediate sight, and took a power nap. ✅ Blocked off just 60 solid minutes in my routine dedicated only to client replies and maintaining their files. Felt like a different person afterwards. Sometimes the simplest 'unplug and focus' tactics are the most effective when the overwhelm creeps in.
