No-Code vs Learning to Code: What should Founders prioritize in 2025? No-code tools are awesome. You can whip up a quick MVP, test an idea, and skip hiring a dev team early on. Honestly, they’ve made it easier than ever to get started. But here’s what I realized: The more I learned about building products, the more I felt limited by no-code. Relying entirely on no-code can limit your flexibility, scalability, and understanding of what’s actually being built. And apart from that even if you plan to use a no-code platform, having at least a basic understanding of frontend concepts and API integrations is needed (of course, not something you need to build a to-do app 😅). Learning to code isn’t about becoming a developer—it is about understanding what I’m building and making smarter product decisions. Now I understand how APIs work, how databases are structured, and I can communicate way better with technical people. P.S- Relevant mostly for those building tech or SaaS products.
