I would say first decode your working capital requirements at the MVP or testing stage. It will hardly cost more than ₹1 lakh, I think. Right now, focus on one niche subject — anything, but just one. It could be finance, tech, biology, etc. Make sure you're offering the absolute best knowledge in that niche. Start offline. Tie up with schools (yes, schools!). Run a 2-month study campaign at a minimal fee — say ₹1,000 to ₹2,000 per student. Give the school a commission and, in return, get access to their classrooms, AV rooms, and computers. Provide hands-on learning to the students. Try your best to make those students masters of that one small topic — even if it's just a sub-topic of the niche. Once you've done this, you're ready to start your company. Now you have trust, you have status, and you have experience. And now, at this point, you're ready with your pillars — and ready to build your empire.
