Your idea is awesome. The planning is fantastic. But you need to understand the psychology of students. Have you thought about why edtech platforms struggle in India, even after providing great quality? The fact is — in India, most students study forcefully, not out of interest. If you impose too many rules or structure, it feels like a burden to them. Instead, if you convince them that by joining you, even without a degree, they can succeed — and succeed in a way that the top players of the industry come from your guidance — you win the game. Do a survey. Understand why people are willing to join institutes like IIT, Harvard, Stanford, or Y Combinator. It's not just about content — it’s about outcomes, status, network, and belief in success. Hope you get it.
