Have you thought about why edtech platforms struggle in India, even after providing great quality? The fact is — in India, most students study forcefully, not out of interest. If you impose too many rules or structure, it feels like a burden to them. Instead, if you convince them that by joining you, even without a degree, they can succeed — and succeed in a way that the top players of the industry come from your guidance — you win the game. Do a survey. Understand why people are willing to join institutes like IIT, Harvard, Stanford, or Y Combinator. It's not just about content — it’s about outcomes, status, network, and belief in success. Hope you get it.
