1. Keep Majority Stake to yourself. 2. include a family member or a trust worthy person as a 3rd party director with a small stake. 3. have a founders agreement, with SHA in place. 4. Have a liquidity preference clause in your agreements with investors and make sure it is tilted in your direction or is neutral.
