schools are becoming new mafia now, education from nursery to 12th is so expensive now a days, there is a huge potential to explore this field with less fee better education, if we can setup such system.

I love that someone is thinking along these sensible lines but there are a few problems with the market. I've seen some sensible people, my uncle who opted for a non giant and decent college for 11 and 12 for his son. but most aren't hence need aggressive marketing to make any profit. Hence byju became what they are. Besides Good teachers are hard to retain because incumbents offer better packages. It is a capital intensive business. and probably many more problems to figure out to sustain in the business. Note: Good Businesses are the ones which outlast competition. So these are some of the things that need to be addressed for a decent school. I'm open to more discussion if you're interested. Just my thoughts take it with a pinch of salt
