Ideas change (they call it "pivoting"), markets shift, but the founders who survive are those who treat obstacles as puzzles not barriers. Also worth noting that boring markets are where the real money is made. Everyone wants to build the next TikTok, but companies making millions are in industries like waste management, insurance, and HR software. Glamor rarely equals profit.
