Moving high-precision manufacturing isn't like relocating a call center. The ecosystem of suppliers, trained workforce, and logistics infrastructure takes decades to build. China has a 30-year head start. 300 acres sounds impressive, but what components will actually be made there versus just assembled? Without deep component manufacturing, India's "negotiation power" remains limited.
