Bro actually your order total is less than ₹100 and thus it's charging you all the fees. Actually they include the item handling charge in the item total. Make sure your total order item is over 100 and then you would only be charged the delivery fees (free if you have gold) And btw, no company will make any profits on less than ₹100 order. So they will anyways have to charge for small orders.
