other startups face problems like not getting vc not getting funding pre seed and I'm facing problems like not getting full stack developer who can do react frontend backend database server all these things if I find frontend developer then didn't get backend with db if I get backend then he or she didn't know db if I get backend with db then he didn't know frontend that much and if I get good developer then he just know js not react not able to build the app 😥😭 idk why these problems coming in my like my startup life...

Bro first of all no need to be sad, atleast you have money to hire developers to get help in building your startup. Most startup are out there trying to build without resources and money. So your problem isn't biggest, just keep grinding and work hard on building a team you will definitely get a good developer. All the best 🫂

Honestly, it sounds like you're trying to find a unicorn dev for the price of a donkey. Good full-stack devs are out there, but they won’t work for “vision” or “equity” unless the idea is mind-blowing or you’ve got serious traction.

Real talk: You don't need one dev to do everything. Split the roles. Use a frontend guy, then plug in a backend dev from Upwork or Toptal. You're burning time chasing “one perfect dev” instead of building momentum.
