Here’s what works better: → Focus on building real skills. → Stay open to new experiences. → Follow your curiosity. → Say yes to unexpected opportunities. → Be flexible. Be ready. Because the best things in your career? They usually come unplanned. A random project. A new connection. A surprise role. A chance to start something crazy. Career planning isn’t bad. But career 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠? It limits your growth. It makes you blind to what’s possible. Remember this: → Skills > Plans → Curiosity > Control → Flexibility > Fixed Goals So next time someone asks: "𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐢𝐧 𝟓 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬?"
