𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀: → Pick your India early. Rich India or Real India. Be clear. → Speak their language. Rich India loves experience. Real India loves trust. → Design different business models.
