Jeez, tier 1 cities are really exhausting man. Last time I was in chennai, I could feel the stress in the environment. The RAT RACE in every corner of the city, every enterprise and their employees but that led me to think "If tier 1 is complicated, what's going on with tier 2 and 3? " ...right now I am searching for people's lives in tier 2 and 3 and guess what ALL THEY NEED IS SOMEONE TO "START" something not the infrastructure, not the schemes but someone to begin something. What do you think? Does tier 2 and 3 could potentially lead a startup growth(like building innovative solution for everything) reducing stress levels and happy faces or vice versa?
