The Indian tourism ecosystem is transforming dramatically with initiatives like PRASAD, UDAN regional connectivity, and the cruise tourism push, but analysis of these opportunities remains fragmented. What would be particularly valuable is connecting global best practices to Indian market conditions. For example, how Thailand's tourism recovery strategies could be applied to Goa, or what Indian hotel chains can learn from international brands about asset-light expansion. Just ensure you maintain independence from the big players who might try to influence your coverage.

I think this idea has massive potential in the Indian context. Our travel industry is still operating on outdated business intelligence while making multi-crore investment decisions. The existing trade publications like TravelBiz Monitor and Traveltalk India are essentially PR vehicles with minimal analysis. What we desperately need is the data-driven strategic lens you're proposing. Post-COVID, Indian hospitality groups and airlines are dealing with rapid consolidation, changing consumer preferences, and fierce competition from international players. They need sophisticated analysis, not just news. If you can price it appropriately for the Indian market (perhaps ₹25,000-30,000 annually), you could fill a genuine gap while regional players try to compete globally.

This is super smart. The travel space is insanely under-analyzed from a business POV. Tons of B2C blogs, influencers, and TripAdvisor clones—but barely anyone is breaking down yield management trends or Marriott’s loyalty strategy. There’s real white space here.
