As an Indian CS and CS pursuant you should know there are no Articles of Incorporation (Corporations are in the US) it's Articles of Association in India. Besides you are not a lawyer so you shouldn't be trying to give legal documents especially ones that you haven't drafted not vetted yourself. These documents could be easily found on Google. It's best you take it down before someone uses a document that you suggest as a good template and faces issues. You'll do more harm then help. I know you mean well but it's best leaving the legal stuff to the lawyers.
