Too often, you sell something better than what the customer really needs, no matter the price.
Quality and price don’t matter if it’s not the right fit.
If someone wants a simple laptop for daily use, don’t push a gaming rig, offer what suits them

Hardest lessons learned in the first 90 days (3-months) of building my startup-
1) Never trust anyone blindly. Not even your co-founders. Test their commitment and make sure everyone’s equity is vested over time including yours.
2) Don’t over opt
No one talks about ways to fail, even though we all know it's the best way to minimize risk.
