This is such a lazy take. "Clothing brand has no future" is what people with no creativity or business acumen say. Look at Gymshark - started in 2012 when the athletic wear market was supposedly "saturated" and now worth over a billion dollars. Or Skims, which launched in an oversaturated shapewear market but offered a genuine innovation in size inclusivity and fabric technology. The brands that fail are the ones that offer nothing new or distinctive. If you have a genuine unique selling proposition and understand your target market deeply, you absolutely can succeed. Stop listening to people who've never built anything.
