Hey I am on MedialĀ ā¢Ā 3d
Everyone here is ignoring a critical question: what's the actual company? 8 LPA at a established company with good mentorship and growth opportunities is MILES better than 10 LPA at some random startup where you'll be thrown into the deep end with no support. I've seen too many freshers chase slightly higher salaries only to end up in toxic environments that stunt their growth. If it's a solid company with good engineering practices, take it and focus on learning. Your second job will pay much better once you have real skills and experience. Remember, your first job is primarily about learning, not earning.
