People use Cod because of trust issues with the Seller. Cod = We can trust and buy from this guy. So one soln could be, you buy a product and make a payment and payment made is received by the seller. but until and unless you receive the product the payment you made will not be credited to the seller. Payment from buyer --> Hold in digital system until delivery --> delivery ---> payment credited into seller This solves trust issue for buyer + Also solves Return and payment default for seller. Win-Win situation Got what I was trying to say ?
