Having more users doesn’t mean winning—profitability and sustainability matter more. Groww is growing fast but still figuring out how to make consistent profits. Zerodha, on the other hand, already makes solid money and doesn’t rely on heavy spending. In the long run, the real winner will be the one that survives tough market conditions, not just the one that grows the fastest.
