I think Quality of Work, People, and Focused Discussions keep me going in the workplace. I believe one needs to find that work-life balance, and compensation should balance out the work that makes that work relationship great and long-lasting.

Suppose that, I use AI Agents to do or automate my work and in the meanwhile AI goes beyond limit itself to get the work done and that maybe unethical. So, Who will be help responsible for that and who gets punished !
