People often ask Stocks or Real Estate? Why not both??

The main point is that investing in Real Estate requires a ton of money and thus half the people choose Stocks just because of that. And the other half who can buy real estate, Invests in it because it's considered 'safe'. And as you said investing both is actually a good idea, but in the start, investing in Stocks is better as it offers more returns
