Brother the restaurants buy all the stuff on credit. And it depends what all restaurants you want to cater to. If you want to sell to the top line bars and restaurants, they have purchase managers and a separate store area which is no less than a grocery store in itself. If you want to sell to small restaurants, they also want credit line and then delivery of that much stuff to so many restaurants on a daily basis will be a hassle. I have seen so many people trying to do this and failed. This is possible to do only in case you offer something that noone else is selling or is hard to find stuff like food plating stuff or something like what I am trying to do myself but remember everything is to be sold on a credit line
