I want to open a departmental store more like stores cause in my place we dont have a genuine deparmental store as my homwtown is in a developing town and I see a lots of benefit in there, in many categories and one is deparmental store.

Why no one opens a proper departmental store in india????
Spencers was there but they closed it.
