If your LinkedIn company page only posts updates like "We won an award!" or "We hired a new VP!" you're losing your audience faster than WiFi on a Zoom call. I see everyone talking about personal branding so much but no one talks enough about growing company pages. I saw some LinkedIn gurus saying that LinkedIn is not pushing company pages the way it pushes personal profiles. BS :) Check Zomato, Zepto, YesMadam, CashKaro.com and you'll know exactly what I am talking about. People don’t follow brands just to read announcements. They follow for VALUE. So, here are 3 things to post instead of just company updates: 1. Here’s why we did this wrong" posts. People love seeing brands own their mistakes. Share a failed campaign, a misstep, or a hard lesson learned, and how you bounced back. 2. Don't post content like “Meet our new hire” Let employees share insights in their own voice like “What’s one thing you wish you knew before starting in this role?” 3. Post about "A Day in the Life" at your company just like what Jatin Saini does quite often on his profile. (I love his content) Show real behind-the-scenes content: how teams brainstorm, how a product is made, or even leadership’s unfiltered take on company culture. Instead of "Why we’re the best", try "How to choose the right industry partner (even if it’s not us)". Stop treating your company page like an internal bulletin board. If you wouldn't engage with your own content, why would anyone else? DM me if you’re ready to make your company page work for you, not against you.
