Your contract specifics matter IMMENSELY. If it was explicitly 12 videos for the month, then yeah, they have a point. But if the original agreement was payment per video, you're absolutely entitled to compensation for the 6 completed videos. Mass rep

The contract did say that the deliverables were 12 videos, but there is also a screenshot of a chat where the person mentioned that he will update me with the further videos which was not given. So the thing is that he didn’t give me the brief of the other videos, so why should my payment be held.
