As someone who works in corporate catering in Mumbai, I'm actually intrigued. Most office snack options are garbage - processed, unhealthy, and boring. A fresh, hygienic chopped fruit service could absolutely work. My recommendation: focus on packaging, consistent quality, and competitive pricing. Corporate procurement teams care about reliability more than anything else. Build trust first, then scale.

I am figuring out the logistics arena For the pilot i am thinking of starting a cloud kitchen and subscription type of thingy for preservation of whole foods i would be leaning towards more scientific method and for procurement i ma thinking of collaboration with some supply chains like kissan connect and fresh from farm something like that
