Work on logistics cost first instead of getting cold van try using dry ice in boxes. Secondly check the credit cycle as many corporates pay after 45 days which impact your cash flow, have seen similar business shutting because of the same. try to build a reverse logistics as well if possible for fruits which are not sold or consumed and try to sell it to juice or sauce makers which will help you reduce the shrinkage.

As someone who works in corporate catering in Mumbai, I'm actually intrigued. Most office snack options are garbage - processed, unhealthy, and boring. A fresh, hygienic chopped fruit service could absolutely work. My recommendation: focus on packaging, consistent quality, and competitive pricing. Corporate procurement teams care about reliability more than anything else. Build trust first, then scale.
