If you have a vision to direct the things yourself , you can hire them as employees for your company. For that, you should register your company first and put them on your payroll. What's the benefit for them, of course they have a well paying job. Do you need to reveal your business plan completely to them , of course NO. You can clearly tell them what their responsibilities are and make them work focusedly. However, you would be the boss who has the bird's eye view of all the depts and make the business work. The other usual problem that lingers in many founders is, should you make them a partner from the initial days ? The answer is NO, if you have sufficient capital to hire them and pay them good salaries. To make them work for you more harder, probably you can give them extra perks. When should you ideally think of giving Esops or some percentage ? When their role is so big in the daily ops. Example, if you are planning to build a SM platform , you have the idea but no technical skill, then giving a small share of business to a tech graduate makes your job of keeping him for long and loyal becomes easy. I don't know if this is what you are actually looking for or something else. I gave my opinion on what I understood from your query. If your query is something else put it more clearly , I'll try to reply again. Good day
