i am not saying they should completely abandon their hiring process. rather I can provide my platform as hackathon level assessment which can be part of their hiring process. and also companies can look into student's profile portfolio and reach out to them just like linkedin. but in this platform, profile will be soley based on projects he/she has done and also can checkout their github repos. I myself faced problem with finding peermates to do any resume level project during my initial college years. and also I do have a lot of projects, but am not getting noticed. to be honest also I am not able to clear most of the company assessments lol.
