hii, I am building a platform where different students from different places can collaborate as a team and complete a particular project completely with the help of platform. I already started building it and done around 10% of project. a student can create a project card and others who r interested can join this project with team limit of 4 to 5 members in this platform features include, kanban chart to assign and complete tasks, live virtual meet just like Google meet but totally integrated in the platform, group and personal messaging within the team and many more to add. future vision for this platform is to completely change the hiring market in which hiring will be done totally based on technical project building skills and communication with the team skills rather than assessments. should I look for anyone to build this together or should I do it alone till I make my mvp??. share ur opinion...

The idea that companies will suddenly abandon their established hiring processes because students did projects on your platform is extremely naive. I'd suggest spending more time researching the actual problems in the hiring market before wasting months of development.

From my experience,its better to find someone who is really good enough to support with you,otherwise after a while you are burned out and maybe you cant complete your project within deadline,and also it will help you to improve your vision when you add someone in your team

Speaking from experience, solo building something this complex will take 3-4x longer than you think and you'll likely burn out before reaching product-market fit. Focus on your core differentiators and don't try to build everything from scratch.
