A lot of things should go right. You should be able to share similar ambition, should be able to tolerate that person inside and outside of work, should have complimentary skills. The filtering is so much that the set is very less to choose from!

No poor person or nation became rich by focusing on work life balance first.
And chasing money need not be a goal for all.
