This monumental deal created 1,700 new millionaires among employees, with an average payout of US$2.8 million. Early employees saw life-changing amounts, with some earning US$10–50 million or more due to their larger equity packages. And that is not all: an additional US$1 billion employee retention package at Google is set to add another US$500K, on average, for each team member staying on board. While these immediate gains are impressive, consider this: the earliest believers achieved significantly larger outcomes compared to those who joined Wiz in recent years. This highlights the importance of balancing short-term rewards with the pursuit of massive, long-term wealth creation.
