I am avinash founder of a home interiors design and furniture manufacturing company. we have our extensive marketing channel with a roi of 1/50 inr in inr roi , our arr per branch is 1.5 cr currently 3 branches . we have a well established network of vendors cutting cost of our projects from 30 to 45 % . we will also be making back end management platforms. and then we are planning on launching franchisee model . looking for validation and public openion.

I'm confused about your business model. Are you primarily a design firm that also manufactures furniture, or a furniture manufacturer that also offers design services? These are very different businesses with different scaling challenges. If you're trying to do both simultaneously while also developing software AND launching franchises, you're spreading yourself dangerously thin. Focus is critical in this industry.

Franchise models in interior design have a notoriously high failure rate, primarily because quality control becomes nearly impossible at scale. Your 1.5cr ARR might work when you're personally overseeing operations, but how will you maintain those numbers when franchisees start cutting corners? I'd recommend a company-owned expansion model or at least a very gradual franchise rollout with extremely tight controls.

The backend management platform development concerns me. I've seen many established companies in this space waste millions trying to build their own software when they should stick to their core competency. Unless you have serious tech expertise in-house, this could become a money pit. Consider white-labeling existing solutions first before committing to custom development - speaking from painful experience here.
