A follow on to yesterday's story on what we did : We shut down our fancy office and moved to a shop like godown setup which costed us only 8k a month from a wooping 35k. 😭 (Dayum I cried because even though It was small we did put our heart and soul into it) Cut down on manpower and kept 1 admin instead of 4 people saving our time and money to train them!✋ We took out our contact list and called top 10 potential customers ! We went to our existing customers and stated them 2% cash discount on prepayment of orders ! And guess what it worked! We started our B2C segment as well where our gross margin was over 40% although that's not something we push our sales through ! 📞 Instead of hiring sales people we created our sales enablers facility managers, admin managers who actually market our services to their clients not because we are paying them because we make their life easy! 🧓 Now Storeferry is on ARR of 2Cr with 18% gross and 3% net . Next story on what we learnt !
