When you plan for a startup there are a lot of questions and lookouts 1. As soon as you finalize a good brand name. Do register the trademark. This is a must. (this is the most important thing; dont go with online registration like indiafiling/vakilsearch/etc it has repercussions). 2. Which Company needs to be registered proprietorship/ssc/pvt ltd etc. Always look in detail what is your long term vision and short term goals based on that you can register. 3. Do we need to take GST in advance or not. It all depends on where u want to sell or revenue. 4. How to do branding/sourcing etc. 5. Validating Idea is a must and finding PMF is necessary weather u do by presales or survey. There are multiple ways to do that.
