I don't think this idea will work because 55 percent of people in Mumbai are middle class and 33 percent below middle class who won't even think of buying cut fruits as they wouldn't waste their money rather cut their own fruits but let's take that you are targeting the rich which is 13 percent but they are already habituated to supermarket cut fruits and online delivered cut fruits how will you complete with zepto or Swiggy
