I'm having 5 years of experience in Process automation / standardisation and automation in a Big4 with 26LPA I quit my job around April 2024 to prepare for a Java Backend role as I was financially backed up. In these months, learnt DSA, OOPs, Solid Principles, design patterns, LLD and HLD. Also built an ecom Rest APl backend in spring boot and deployed to AWS with Payment Gateway integration. Considering my 5 years of experience in process automation, what is the role I can expect in my new company if I start to apply and also suggest if I need to lower my expectations in terms of CTC as it will be my role as a backend developer.
