I did a survey and market study on the same only 34%, is registered with magicbrick, 99acre, nobroker etc . because they provide pg listing but not support to publish listing and language is a barrier with PG's owners in Bangalore , Chennai etc . we are to utilise the same and when we reached out with our pricing which is less and also with the support a large number of PG is interested to register with us. basically we gave more importance to teach them the benefits, when other market competitors just onboard and then provide noting
