As a student I loved to play multiple sports like batmention, volleyball, basketball, cricket, football etc. But as a student living in hostel I faced 2 main problems 1. Money of all the shoes for different sports 2. Space to keep them Now imagin a shoe for which you can swap out the outer sole based on the sport and ground you would be playing? with the help of a great inter locking technology which ensures you can play the sport with out the fear of tripping. This solves 2 major problems 1. Since only the outer sole would be worn mostly the player can only buy the outter sole required and is cost effective compared to buying multiple shoes for each game 2. It can save a lot of space and is portable to carry

But here is the some problem you need to figure out from this success. though this idea your targeted consumer segment would last to high end consumers or a sports person. Low-end consumers usually play on the street where they use a single pair of shoes which seem a worthless to them, and the sports enthusiasts usually play one or two sports for their future path so this segment seemed to defensive. and another problem is that we all have a tendency to bording quickly (monotonous) which impect to sales. and shelf life related to sole and product quality matters alot. .
