“Bhai, startup karna hai, par idea nahi aa raha.” I get this DM a lot. I get it. Been there. In my 1st year, I had zero startup ideas just the urge to build. So, I stopped chasing ‘the next big thing’ and started noticing everyday problems. One day, I saw a stat: India generates 3M+ tonnes of e-waste yearly, but <10% gets recycled. Why? No structured platform. No incentives. No easy way to get it recycled. That’s how Reway was born, a B2B marketplace for e-waste. I didn’t wait for a billion-dollar idea. I just picked a problem and started solving it. If you’re stuck, do this: 1. Look around — What frustrates you? That’s a potential startup idea. 2. Talk to people — Real conversations. How many people actually face that problem? 3. Follow the problem, not the hype — Solve real-world pain points, not just trendy buzzwords (AI, Blockchain, Web3). 4. Solve, then scale — Start with 10 people, then 100, then 10,000. Ideas don’t come from imagination. They come from observation. Start looking. Start building. Got an idea but don’t know how to start? DM me. Let’s brainstorm. #startups #entrepreneurship #reway
