Unpopular opinion but I think we should NOT build our business like:
1. Idea
2. Product
3. Audience
Instead we should pursue
1. Idea
2. Audience
3. Product
Building a product is often quite easy compared to building an audience.
Understanding the audience and having a clear understanding of the audience, & market is what matters.
If you know the above very well, you're good to go and build and keep iterating.
