There's no hard and fast rule. There are examples like people solving distribution first, but there are companies like OpenAI.
I prefer a product that speaks for itself aka "Product-Led Growth"
If you have to convince people your product is useful, itโs probably not.
Real value doesnโt need a sales pitchโit speaks for itself. If people arenโt getting it, the problem isnโt their understanding, itโs your product.
Fix that first.

Don't you guys think that OpenAI has built somewhat like a monopoly over ai I Mena not 100% but there is no big player as openai in the market there is google but they are falling behind openai and barely someone uses googles product and also this AI
