This sounds like another Silicon Valley pipe dream trying to disrupt a complex industry they don't understand. 15-minute delivery for industrial supplies? Come on. Manufacturing facilities order specialized components that aren't sitting in some local warehouse. These are custom parts with specific tolerances from vetted suppliers. This isn't DoorDash for machine parts. The middlemen exist because they provide value - quality control, relationship management, and technical expertise. This solution might work for basic consumables, but not for the critical components that actually cause production delays.
