that's really a game changer to implement a digital twin. I would suggest:- 1.) To implement the solution on specific disease rather than the whole body. because the amount of IOT that's needed is definitely not soo advanced yet.. look into project

Dr.Bappa Ditya Saha you need to put your legs into the actual field, there are merely Indians having doctors database, in general abroad people have it thoroughly but implemented by Indians most of the time, I had already worked for major health sector clients, delivered major modules, there are gdpr / nation specific compliance that we can't neglect. this is vast domain no doubts in that. if u pinged privately I could given my contact for more discussion.
