groww has very simple UI than zerodha. so newbies don't have to deal with complex things to start. groww is majorly used by option buyers, who have less than a lac budget. while zerodha is mostly used by algo based sellers with huge capital. buyers are more than in number than sellers. hence groww outpaced zerodha. but if you check the turnover zerodha is way ahead.
