I'm a designer building a platform for top designers & editors...I hope it'll be big revolution in hiring. I would like to hear your feedback..plz go through this - **What is INDesigner?** INDesigner is a platform where top Indian designers & editors and genuine employers meet. but why a new job portal? USP is platform for designers and editors that’s it? **As a designer, My pain points in current market** - I don't know one go-to site to get project or job - I know there are many way to get job like fiverr, LinkedIn cold message but in reality they don't work - Fiverr so saturated, its impossible to think the client will search my name give me project - LinkedIn, I don't know who is hiring, how many accounts I can follow? how many cold messages I can send. - There has to be one place where every employer lists their job requirement - DIGITAL STAMPADE should not be there. (around 3 months ago one creator posted a reel about his logo requirement and said winner gets 35000rs, I worked a whole day about the logo sent to him after few days he announced result but the catch is he hasn’t seen my submission, that reel has around 2.7M views, I’m sure he might get around 10k submissions) **Pain points for Employers** - you can't hire a person full time from sites like fiverr, even if u want a person to work on one project, its damn costly & no-one will do the task you wanted which can decides whether he fits according to your needs or not. - LinkedIn, referral, cold mail hiring is dumb, you can't hire best person through them. - Applications like Indeed, Naukri are just there to create Digital stampede. - Recruiters are drowning in sea of applications. **How INDesigner solves them?** - **Task-Based Applications:** Employers list their job requirement(fulltime/freelance) with a task challenge, allowing designers to showcase skills directly relevant to the role. - To submit the task, designer has to pay submission fee like 29rs so that only serious/ top designers only submit, to stop digital stampede (price is decided by Platform, the more famous is employer, submission fee will be higher) - Employer go through the tasks and continue with best person (Employer pay 2500rs per hire in advance and after successful hiring INDesigner refunds 75% of his money) INDesigner manually verifies each employer so that no spam/fake posts. for more info you visit the website- https://indesigner.vercel.app/ ## **Join the INDesigner Movement** I invite you to explore the INDesigner website I've built without technical expertise but with a deep understanding of the problems it aims to solve.
