I am a techy myself. and have a business mindset also. we can connect. but... there are issues with your idea.. how will you provide discount to buyer? from your own pocket? if you are thinking that seller will give discount on your platform, the. why would he? second thing where is the oxygen of the business? where is cash? money? what is revenue model? will this be a product first startup? if yes just clearify the revenue model to me and I am in.
