Hey, I've faced a similar issue. Just cut him off if possible or If you want to do it in a way that won't hurt, then set up a mentor and meeting which will contain you 3 ppl. Explain the situation to the mentor who will bring the topic of how much work you have done individually. (It is necessary that you have worked way more than him). Then the mentor will advise an equity split like 5% : 95% or whatever contribution is. Then either he will be motivated to work or leave it.
