Definitely Ritesh. Reason being, he doesn't have a prefixed opinion or expectations on the founder or the business or the numbers. It looks like he genuinely decides after listening to the pitch and decide of he can add a value or not , either by investing or by giving an advise. If he can't support anyways, he just keeps his mouth shut and smiles all through, which is a beautiful quality to have. The ability to not let the ego speak is what makes him look like the best shark on the tank.
